The Hong Kong Gang is the second of five antagonist factions in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare: Special Ops, a custom first-person shooter game.
The Hong Kong Gang, like it's name suggests, originated in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Gang was constructed by Hong Kong Military ex-soldiers. The Gang's primary goal was to restore power to Hong Kong, but in 2009 it simply became a simple terrorist organization. The Gang used guerilla warfare and stolen weapons or weapons purcashed from the black market. Several bounties have been placed on the leaders' heads. The leaders have been charged with excessive amounts of drug trafficking, human trafficking, arms dealings, murder, anti-military crimes, bombings, and much more. The Hong Kong Gang was known to control areas in Laos, Cambodia, Phillipines, and Vietnam. In 2010, the Hong Kong Gang somehow captured Doctor Joshua Gibson and brought him to Loas. A Special Ops unit was sent in to retrieve the doctor and his work. However, the Special Ops unit failed, and the Hong Kong Gang ambushed them. Later the Special Ops unit stole one of their helicopters. As of 2012, the Hong Kong Gang is disbanded.
The Hong Kong Gang, as stated, was constructed by ex-military soldiers. In 2009, the Gang began to recruit members from other organizations. There are no notable members, and even the leaders' names aren't known.
